By entering your details in the search you will be offered the best flight prices available depending on time of departure, etc, as well as the cost of the hotel.
The final price quoted will be the price for your whole party not the "per person" price.
If you are happy with the price offered you can safely book "online" using your Switch or Debit Card, (for which there is no charge) or your Credit Card, (for which there is a 2.35% charge - 3% for American Express).
